Sample development
Ask the sample to prove the right things.
A useful sample request defines the product, the decisions still being tested and the approval route before production.
Before requesting a sample
Separate visual exploration from production approval.
A first development sample may test material, size, artwork or construction. A pre-production approval sample may need to represent the complete specification. Tell us which decision the sample is expected to support.

SAMPLE REQUEST ANSWERS
Use the sample to close specification gaps before bulk production
A custom bedding sample should answer defined questions about material, construction, dimensions, colour, artwork, workmanship, labels and packing. The sample is most useful when its purpose and approval criteria are agreed before development starts.
How long does a custom bedding sample take?
Timing depends on fabric availability, custom dyeing or printing, embroidery or jacquard development, trims, packaging and the completeness of the buyer brief. We confirm a project-specific schedule after reviewing the specification instead of promising one lead time for every sample.
What determines sample cost and courier charges?
Cost is affected by material sourcing, artwork setup, special construction, number of pieces, labels, packaging and destination. Sample and courier terms are confirmed before work begins; commercial-order pricing should not be inferred from a one-off development sample.
How should a buyer approve the sample?
Record the approved sample version together with the written specification, measurements, tolerances, material details, artwork, colour reference, labels and packing. Note every approved correction before bulk production so both teams work from the same controlled reference.
